I m willing to give them a fair shot... this isn't a poorly ventilated arena and most likely the finals will be between 2 NA teams ,it is also a smaller size crowd so they dont need casuals....the hard core fans will be enough to fill it...

If onion wins: *probably gonna say "NA sucks" "M80 sucks" or something else

i mean if it was tier1 then the arena should also be bigger

About the arena, this event is probably organized by Riot Brasil while Lock/In was made by Riot (international). Riot Brasil knows better how to make events here, LCQ last year was pretty good.
