different people burn calories at a different rate and burning calories at a slow rate will make more of the consumed calories into fat and at a faster rate less of the calories consumed will be stored as fat. I personally have a very fast metabolism and consume over 3000 calories a day but I am a 19 on the BMI.
Gotta eat big to get big.

tbf its a lot easier if you can get 2000 calories of fat and processed sugar for $6.99 in mcdonalds or something
ngl the skinny people ik who are “bulking” have the worst diets and barely eat; then act like it’s impossible for them to gain weight. I understand it is generally harder to bulk than cut but it just seems so easy to eat whatever u want and go to gym
