why people tend to be more toxic in higher elo?

I mean the higher I go the sadder I get, sometimes I even need to mute everyone because its impossible to keep sanity and play.

edit: I started at iron 1 and now Iam at D2, so basicaly you are all right, Iam still in very low elo.

nobody gives a shit in low elo. Unless you are smurf, everybody at same level - talking from personal experience

Idk the most toxic players are in plat lobbies the higher you go people actually comm and rarely rage in my games

you're prob between plat/diamond, and maybe ascendant, just like me. players at those ranks usually think they're really good, just a few steps from immortal/radiant, but the gap is actually way bigger. so basically it's an ego thing.

Not sure if this is toxic but I usually mute and no comm in Ascendant/low Immortal because the gameplay is terrible and everyone is brain dead.

The game becomes playable in Immortal 2/3. Below this level it’s impossible to communicate

nah ever since getting out of gold games have been so good, i'll get like 1 tilter every 10 games and even then it's not that bad

as you go higher people have more expectations from the teammates and more high IQ plays, if you dont do those you gonna get shouted at
