Is Astra dead or is she still playable? Her utility is just so good I can see some teams still using her but im unsure, for sure we will see more brims

I think 600 is one of the cheapest utility costs right now, in fact it should be one of the cheapest in the game.

Viper is still better in icebox, bind and breeze.
