Is Players from HK,TW,Macau,Chinese Taipei count as a imports or homegrown ?

And Future Imports Rules in CN Val Scene ?

In lpl it depends on where you played your first game

currently there are teams with two imports like Weibo and RNG… and teams like DRG where theres no player thats representing China..

it seems like theres no clear import rules like the franchised leagues

first, delete TW, Riot only officially use Taipei to refer area controlled by Taiwan Regime.
second, I don't know how VCT's import rule is.
third, if a chinese team used three or more imports like Shanghai Dragon in OWL, it might be blamed publicly.

Sorry, I meant that Chinese Taipei is used to refer Taiwan, and there's a duplication.
