I live in a third world country no Job for me as I am a student plus there is no international currency payment here so I can't spend it online

I use some app called honeygain it pays me for gathering data and like I have finally reached the 20$ limit so I can withdraw now but EUR store is so harsh I can only get 2000vp for 22$ while I can get 3400VP for 18$ in turkish region.
