I doubt it. Apeks is an international team while KC is a French one. He doesn't need to travel for KC while for Apeks he has to.

asfaik some teams are given changes for LCQ no? TH for sure has a change coming in so I assumed it would be the same for all others too?

Idk why TH got permission to make a change but Ik they were an exception, Vitality will be too, I haven't heard any news about KC tho
