I was originally talking about subregions but typed regions so I had to correct it. I just think its fair and gives better context. Having LOUD in there really bumps up NA.

EMEA has been EMEA since 2021 and even then is solo carried by Europe(+Turkey if you dont count them in). Americas or Pacific (leagues) weren't a thing until this year. Also NaVi isn't CIS team.
