its not even a question now only team that can do something against Americas is fnatic and even then i think EG NRG can roll them in playoffs
this is obvious, in EMEA there is a large drop off from best to the worst pacific is just worse in general besides DRX and PRX Americas are pretty good besides KRU and MIBR
Even KRU had good matches against Loud and C9 but at the same time they played so bad in other matches.
