If they somehow win Pacific ascension to enter VCT, will they have to drop some players? IIRC, something was considered an import for PRX, so I would think they would have to remove either Jemkin or Kr1stal. Kinda assuming that they have the same circumstances as Russian citizen that plays in Japan.
