@NRGgg
.@daps has decided to step down from the NRG VALORANT roster and will be retiring from professional play. Thank you for everything you've accomplished with the #NRGFAM, we've had some amazing moments, thank you for the memories.

"It's been no secret to the people around me that I just don't enjoy playing anymore," daps stated in a tweet following the announcement, citing his lack of enjoyment as his main reason for retiring.

Moving over from Gen.G's CS:GO roster, daps was one of the first two members to join NRG's Valorant roster in early October, alongside Chet "Chet" Singh. The Canadian captain spearheaded the team's numerous shifts as the organization cycled through multiple players, with the current roster sitting within the top 12 in North America.
