I really hate Victor but he was really good this split for nrg , he was only bad kayo . He really improved from how bad he was during the chamber meta when yay was just carrying them

The format was same for Navi as far as I know, there is nothing to pretend. Navi only added 1 new player compared to NRG who added 2 and do you genuinely believe the 'more competitive region' thing? And even if you believe that what makes you think it has any effect on final results of the league where you have to compete against the top 6 teams.
Look the thing is like I said, Navi performed better at Lock IN which was the last tournament so for me they are the better team, if NRG performs better than Navi then they'll be the better team. If you think about it that's a way better metric to compare teams unlike making dumb assumption based on hypothetical scenarios that never played out
