at this point its not even a debate that the best players in the world all come from either russia or brazil

and if you think about it, its not just aim diff, because everybody can have good aim. russians / brazilians just always know what to do and how to play the game. they are the only players which are conistently able to make crazy plays and win unexpected situations (shao moment)
