nzr is a top tier initiator, keep him there but the duelist situation has to be sorted. He's not an aggressive AWPer like jett mains, that pussy ass OPing that he did on chamber wont work with jett and he hasnt come out of it.

using operator is everything for a jett player that's why you don't see many good Raze players are just flex not main duelists for their team(vic, nukkye, xeppa, chronicle). Getting good at operator requires time and skill
