Most player contract will atleast allow team to bench player.

He still has a contract through 2026, but clearly the majority of JP fans continue to be disappointed with his abysmal performance.
He is not getting any younger, and with results like this in the LCQ, he will not be at ZETA next year.

ZETA originally transitioned from CSGO team members and gradually shuffled them with younger players to settle on the current five.
Crow's firepower was rated low from the beginning and the results were low, but Crow was trusted by LAZ to play a supportive role, which is probably why he stayed on.
