Americas, EMEA, and Pacific all have partnered leagues right now. If they want to qualify to tokyo they need to be top 3 in their league(top 4 if EMEA). Zeta is playing in the pacific league so they need to be top 3 there

Yes Zeta is the only good Japanese team and the only one in Playoffs. With Masters being in Tokyo it would be kinda nice to at least see them at the event
