They are using Breach in Haven in the Harbor meta....Sen is really behind the current Val meta....Even Fnatic don't use Harbor and they paid for it in Lock In against Loud who used Harbor flawlessly

Harbor Viper combo literally allowed the dominant win Furia had over Sen when they were constantly pushing C and handling the site especially in post plant.... people really underestimate Harbor...I have seen only Brazilian teams use him flawlessly and that's why Loud shits on the rest of Americas
