Should VLR make world ranking now?

Since we have had first international LAN, should VLR add a section for world rankings where all regions are compared. IMO necessary since we will have international competition now on.

My only question is how they will compare the regions. Like winning 10 games in a row in SEA is not as impressive as winning 10 games in a row in NA or EU.

I'd wait until Berlin before we have any confirmation about which regions deserve more rating per win (scaled on tournaments).
