Goodbye everyone, I will be leaving this site for some while, or more likely permanently. I think it takes quite a bit of my time and is contributing to my cynical outlook towards life.
I've been asking myself recently, what's the point? Of everything, really. And using this site is contributing to that empty feeling. I need to get up and DO SHIT. VLR is almost an addiction for me, it's unhealthy. Not saying the site is bad, I'm saying I'm too far gone..
So here we are. Hopefully, after I've learned some semblance of self-control, I will be able to return wiser.

Thanks for the memes and cya!

thats like saying to an alcoholic "no need to be radical, just drink only 1 glass of wine a day". and in case you didnt know, one unit of alcohol per day is WAYYY over the weekly limit of alcohol.

my point is, do you trust an alcoholic to limit himself to one drink a day if they normally drink way more on a daily basis? its the same logic, if you cant go cold turkey gradually theres always the chance for relapse.

when it comes to habit breaking there isnt a "right" approach since its a really subjective topic, the advice i gave was one i applied for myself and it worked
i tried to cut VLR for good but it was hard cuz i'd still face "triggers" daily, like watching val matches or clips on youtube. i decided then to only access VLR when im eating or after a match to see stats/comments on the results

i still use VLR? yes, but it isnt taking time from other things of my life like it used to
