Any tips to become leaner?

I'd say I'm currently about 9% body fat and I want to get down to 7% but it's been super hard.

I mean, a certain part of it comes down to genetics, but getting below 10% requires an extremely heavy protein intake, and cutting calories. i think it would be miserable thats just me tho
