It's sicks fault for letting himself get to this state. When he does smth rlly bad irl these little weirdos saying he can't control himself as if he's not a full grown man will be eating their words.

Yes, he is the controller of his own destiny.

He’s past the point of no return

Hopefully this sheds some light on mental illness in video games, so atleast there’s something positive out of this

Thats not the point people are trying to say but go on. Keep on misinterpreting providing context so people can empathise with the situation but at the same time also hold him accountable. We are not giving excuses for his behaviour.

These emotionally unaware tubelights are insinuating the fact that people are giving excuses for his behaviour when we are trying to EMPATHISE with the situation. HAVING EMPATHY ≠ NOT GIVING ACCOUNTABILITY.

Stating "take anything he says with a grain of salt" doesn't mean COMPLETELY IGNORE HIS ACTIONS. It means that the main cause of his actions is from an unstable state of mind BUT THAT DOESNT dismiss what is being said or done.

Maybe most of you are socially unaware but this is the best and most effective way to deal with people with manic disorders.

Ultimately the goal is to make sure the person gets help AND at the same time are held accountable after the fact.

Having this approach is the safest way.

By going in his twitch chat and calling him a weirdo or an asshole ISNT going to help the situation REGARDLESS of the fact that HE IS a weirdo and AN ASSHOLE.
Bro legit thinks the feds are after him SO SAYING THAT HE IS WRONG is ENCOURAGING his paranoia.

I think you guys are looking at it in a different perspective. Babysasuke’s argument lies in the fact that people blame others for sick’s inability to get help. “People should be helping him why is no one doing something” which is why he refers to sick’s wrongdoings as a shattering of a fragile support system and the lack of accepting help ( which of course is extremely difficult in his situation but is sadly something that needs to happen). However, you are looking at the situation empathetically saying that he isnt having a coherent set of thoughts and thus that makes him able to say things that his right mind would prohibit him to. Both of you are right in different perspectives and it is true that what hes saying doesnt represent him as a person, but it is also true that the situation he is in is entirely his fault in one way or the other. At the end of the day vlr is not going to solve this problem and the most we can do is hope he is able to accept help and can recover from this episode.
