It all depends on who is playing. If Chronicle was playing Breach, he would make sure that they r stunned well
I think the slow is useful and you’re never gonna win any spray fights while stunned
but yeah not the greatest debuff

They disable ops and are easy to hit. If you buff them they will be op. The slow and fire rate debuff is fine.
