Is there a reason why Yay couldn't play like how current cloud 9 is playing? He is talented enough and discipline enough to play in unison like how cloud9 is playing against sentinels. Do you thnk it was mostly vanity's calling that impacted it or what

He isn't flexible on roles

I'd say its most likely vanity's calling but I maybe biased

Because the meta is double controller, forcing freaking LEAF to be on one of them
(Also since MCE kicked vanity, prolly not a coachable player)

he plays a slower style like nrg

they played like 2 games as a squad.

mCE simply needed more time to cook. I have no doubt the previous roster would've been just as good if not better

just like ardiis, not everyone can flex

i don't think it was roster issues, prolly just the cost of the player

The price tag he carries with himself is only worth that much when a certain character gets a broken buff. That doesn't mean he is not one of the best players of all time. What he has with his mechanical skills is unique. Its just that he's not worth that much currently when they can get similar results from another player on that roster.

costs too much + meta doesnt favor him + vanity was egoist + cant get support like he did in Optic

He is a one trick pony
Leaf is much more valuable
