After this tournament im sure everyone is going to be hyped for the next big event so i was wondering which teams you think will qual from each region?
as we know its 4 EMEA, 3 NA, 2 BR, 2 KR, 2 SEA, 2JP and 1 LATAM
Germanicus [#3]My best guesses:
EMEA:
Fnatic
Gambit
Guild

Version1
Cloud9 BlueKR:
NUTURN
DWG KIAJP:
Crazy Raccoon
NORTHEPTIONSEA:
X10

FURIALATAM:
KRU
I think VS can make it out of Korea. Also EMEA is a toss up because we don't know new g2, heretics, acend, and Blaze.

seoldam and meiy from northeption are solid duelists but i dont think as a team they're quite good yet. I am sorta biased towards absolute jupiter but i have hope they could pull through to Berlin if they get their shit together

Yeah emea is, fwiw I don't think any of those rosters as rumoured could challenge the top 4 but nothings been finalized. For KR, I'm really skeptical of VS' move to add two duelists to replace their IGL, and DK have made great moves since Challengers as well by adding iNTRO. But who knows. I just love speculating about what these later tournaments might look like.

Yeah, Nth released Nerufi so I'm really hoping for a big signing to take them over the top. Seoldam and Meiy are so so good and can carry that team far if their fundamentals and support line improves. They've already progressed a ton since stage 1, so depending on who their signing is, I'm hopeful.

PP4ND4 [#12]I think it will be teams we will not expect because who honestly thought v1 was gonna go
Another day, another predictions thread in vlr to predict whats gonna happen in a next tourney when the current one is not finished yet and even the current one is hard to predict lol

Ikr who thought that Nuturn will go instead of VS
nitr00 [#15]btw MASTERS are nothing, final WORLD is a big thing, winner will get team skins

Think people are just emotionally invested into this LAN as this is THE LAN after 1 year of no LANs and lockdowns. Don't think Berlin is gonna be as significant as Reykjavik emotionally, while Champions in November is definitely gonna matter a heck lot more.

100% agree on this ! Latam deserve 2 slots and Japan can limit to 1 clearly.

Berlin gonna have 16 teams though and hopefully a better format
DELUSIONAL_NUKKYE_FAN [#21]liquid is very inconsistent
they really are not inconsistent with liquid they have 3 losses, one against guild, one against fnatic and one against version1
So I really don't see where they are inconsistent

g2 new rosteras much as I would love to see nip in berlin, I think it's not gonna happen
fnatic>
EMEA (4 spots):
Prediction: Fnatic, Gambit, FPX, Acend (cNed will just get 60 kills each game this time instead of 50)
Has a chance: Liquid, Guild, Vitality
NA (3 spots):
Prediction: SEN, V1, C9
Has a chance: 100T, Envy, TSM (Wardell will destroy every player with his left hand now)
BR (2 spots):
Vikings and no one else (except if Mwerza is as good as BR says and just clones himself 4 times in order to create the ultimate team)
KR (2 spots):
Good chances: NU, VS, DWG (probably NU and VS)
Long shot: F4Q
As for other regions (SEA two spots, JP two spots, LATAM one spot) idk who is considered good.

I think just giving 4 spots to EMEA will make it easy enough for a team like Gambit to qualify from CIS, also not sure about the 2 LATAM slots since KRU was supposed to be the best but didn't do too well

Don't underestimate G2's and Blaze's new roster that much

Guild? The team that lost to a TR team?
yoitsyannis [#19]no Liquid?
Liquid are really good and I'd probably put them around 5th, but I think they've hit a FaZe-like hot streak that's gonna be hard to replicate. I don't forsee them falling off quite as hard as faze did but the inevitable meta shift and the promise that other top EU teams have showed is enough to nudge them just out of top 4 for me.

I understand your point I just don't understand the Guild pick, I don't see where they are better then Liquid, definitely not skillwise I guess you could say tactically but even then sliggy is a very good coach

Yeah they're definitely the riskiest here but I really liked their look in Challengers Finals. The Yoru on Haven strategy worked out really really well and I want to see more of that kind of creativity from that team. With all the time they've had and still have to keep developing stuff, I think they can turn out better than people think this stage.
Stratum7 [#39]I dont wanna hype Blaze up tho, I dont wanna feel dissapointed anymore :/
it was the first encounter, hopefully they learned from their mistakes and next quals will be full of good games
