why didn't NRG sign yay?

it seems like all NRG is missing is just a star player. I assume they didn't sign yay due to money concerns/anything relating to that.

the first time during rostermania, yays buyout was too high. he was the price of 3 optic members.. so NRG went with the optic core

second time after c9 dropped yay, NRGS roster was already built.. roster lock wasn’t over I believe ... but messing with team chemistry and letting ardiis go would probably leave a bad taste in peoples mouths..
