transfer window restriction, t1 transfer window ended already when teams need to submit the name of their players. its different for t2, you can have new players in between the splits.
at least he is playing, would be risky sitting out the year especially after he didnt have the best performance at lock in, now he can hopefully show some flexibility which will increase his chances at getting signed to a t1 org next year
