the thing is TenZ is just so fucking inconsistent. one round hes an op demon but the next he misses every shot, one game he's at the top of the leaderboard but the next hes at the bottom. You could say the same for other players in the same role but they make up for it by adapting to their mistakes the next round

The problem with SEN lies in their gameplan. Not any specific individual. Players will always have off games.
They're also only 1-1 in the league and lost to the clear best NA team who have been a core for the longest time.
They bombed out of lockin after having to play Fnatic who were god tier. If SEN start losing to the likes of KRU and MIBR, then you have a right to be worried.
This is not a championship roster and I'm 99% sure of it. Willing to give it time to see how good they get cause this is only the start you're right.
But if you don't think tenz has a consistency issue then you're honestly brain-dead yourself. This series against nrg might be his worst performance to date with almost ZERO impact. I mean you could say that he creates space but I don't think he was even able to do that on Icebox.
I get bad games happen but it's something Tenz is too familiar with I believe. He's either completely carrying his team or getting completely carried nothing in between
I shouldn't look at the k/d of their primary duelist? Wasn't even sub-par. Didn't even create space on icebox specifically. I lost count of how many first deaths he had no icebox on the immediate start of the round.

No im speaking about your analysis of deph not being a bad igl, tenz played horribly but thats besides the point , one player playing badly doesnt warrant a 13-2 game its completely misreading the game, a lot of bad calls and strats that were very easily countered and guess who is involved in that? its not simply the k/d of the duelist that should be all that you consider especially when they had ZERO initiation utility (sova's really wasnt used in that way) to assist tenz, every fight was a 1v1 for tenz with nothing giving him better odds. Do you realise what that means if that duelist is having a bad game. it means its a horrible game plan to be so dependent on that.
When did I ever say Dephh did well? My point was aimed at the people only blaming Tenz. If you look at my other replies on this thread you would know. They lack strategy, decision-making, and much more which we can primarly blame on dephh and the coach...
You could say Tenz wasn't set up properly but he couldn't do shit by himself and his decision-making doesn't look good at all imo. But this game was just a super super bad game cause he does better than this most of the time.

Some are way too eager to call out SEN the second they have a bad series, and some others are way too quick to defend SEN when there's some key inconsistencies with certain players.
