Psychological horror I'm really loving right now is Homunculus. Very abstract and disturbing. To do a brief overview: it's about a strange man named nakoshi who undergoes a surgery to open up his third eye. He doesn't believe in those things but was manipulated to get it.

After he gets the surgery he starts to see a different reality in people. He calls them the homunculus inside of people. He figures out that what he sees are the peoples regrets, fears, and trauma that they hide away.

Very good so far, but I have not finished it. It's fully complete, but can be disturbing and sometimes disgusting so beware.

KonoSuba - It is a classic and pretty memed isekai, and probably the best out of everything I'm putting here. LN

Solo Leveling - Not a manga, but a manhwa aka korean comic. Pretty good power fantasy but gets a bit worse towards the end.

The Eminance in Shadow - The anime release was successful so its a decent watch, but the book has its fair share of entertainment. LN

How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom - This is still kinda trashy, but not in the way most isekai are. Yes its harem, but its not an overpower mf. Its just a dude using modern politics in a magic filled medival world. LN

In another world with my smartphone - My most controversial reccomendation, the grandfather of all shitty isekai. While people clown on it for being really shitty, I like it as a kind of "turn off brain and just imagine" kind of story of an OP nerd living their wildest weeb dream. Harem? Robots? wildly inappropriate situations that seem insane to anyone living in NA? It has it all. LN

Reincarnated as a Slime - Popular anime that just had a movie come out. Book is pretty good. Dude is a slime. Dude eats stuff. Dude is now technically not a dude? Dude is a dude. LN
