Well-run organisation like Fnatic is what these NA orgs should aspire to be. Scout good talents for cheap, pay good salary and don't buyout constantly to improve instead build pieces over a few months like inheriting Sumn FC, adding Derke, changing Doma for Braveaff, Braveaff for Enzo and Magnum for Alfajer then Enzo and Mistic for Leo and Chronicle to finally setup the World Champion roster with Boaster as the mainstay from SUMN and Derke as the 2nd longest player.
