M80 are the only convincing team.

G2 and guard are so shaky.

FFS the union might actually win Ascension

M80 literally lost to the Guard once in the split already tho lol

Any of these teams can beat any other on any given day

M80 also is shaky. They just have insane luck sometimes to carry them through the rough patches.

Like G2 shouldve lost to oxg today aswell.

They somehow converted a full eco atk on ascent and coasted off that.

Guard that win Vs m80 was them playing near their best. If they can hit those levels they are strong contenders still.

G2 have high potential aswell with oxy providing alot of X factor.

But these teams I need to see them do it more regularly.

It's split 1 so hopefully split 2 we will start to see it

It isn't really being "Inconsistent" tbh, its just being human

Even Aspas and Derke didn't do well in all 5 maps they played in the finals and they are THE MOST consistent fraggers

I mean that's on an individual level.
But it's a team game.
I understand it's T2 and it's more on individuals than team orientated approaches but I'd expect a bit more consistency especially from NA where some of these players should be franchised

True, I think tho that Dapr explained it the best in his interview right now: As the level of play gets higher, the games end up getting more chaotic as you need that "X-Factor" to overcome a team close to you in skill

It also holds true for tier 1 seemingly as at Lock-In, Fnatic was 2-0 Loud, then Loud came back 2-2 and 11-3 up on Last map, and lost the lead there

For that fnatic final the map draft really allowed it to go the distance.

Loud has a really good split.
Loud also hadn't revealed their lotus comp yet. Fnatic have a strength of reviewing and analysing previous vods.

Idk I think some teams arent being creative enough with the "X factor' alot of people are trying to force it with aim, when using unique comps and set plays would probably garner similar results more reliably.

That is factual, they take the easy way out
I am STILL of the opinion that whichever team learns to utilize Yoru at his full potential will gain the biggest X-factor amongst everyone, but no one is willing to risk it and would rather just try out aiming :(

I forgot who said this.
But the time it takes to learn yoru isn't worth it due to it being so counterable after a few demos/vods.
The comp becomes obsolete when teams figure it out.

Imo teams try to be "Too Cheese" with yoru instead of just playing him like his role
The only reason it becomes counterable after a little while is cuz teams only approach learning it like a gimmick and not invest in it as a full on working comp
Highkey, if teams make neon and phoenix work, yoru can DEFO work as he is better than both BY FAR

Like if an agent can make someone like FNS say stuff like this, SURELY he has potential to be a BIG threat but isn't utilized as such because of the time investment:

Honestly would need breeze to come back to allow yoru to thrive. The amount of gaps exploitable in that defense makes him strong
