Should have went to a team with more structured play style and better coaching like DRX instead...
If he wants to become one of the best players in the world, Paper Rex is definitely one of the worst teams to join.
Something is a lot like Aspas in the past, an unproven ranked demon and tier 2 player.
Difference is Aspas went to a team with more structure and a competent IGL who made him one of the best duelists in the world...

But Paper Rex is definitely not it.
