B-Tier : Dach , Portugal , Italy
My ranking is based on the performance that the top contender from each region can deliver in EMEA Ascension
P.S : The Residency rule of having at least 3 players from the League's region made a big difference that's why you might see some leagues are ranked lower than the last year

Falcons , Geekay , Nasr and RAAD , honestly I will go with Falcons for MENA

too early to know how good saw are as Portugal is not a very strong region so i think the rankings are fair

Yeah , this season they are truly different team + put in your mind that the last 2 times they played in Lan cafe with 90 ping but this time its LAN so we cant judge them based on last season performance
