not kolda, he led 3 teams to big tournaments (and 2 to lans), russ/yacine was the issue.

If Riot just allowed Guild to get loan twisten from BIG instead of having to play yacine with 1 day of practice, then Guild woulda done a LOT better
but yeah they just needed to replace russ, everyone else was top tier
Trexx is top top tier too
