Ranked frustration

I'm diamond 2 currently. Watching professional games and analyzing things I could add to my games to improve my results, I understood that a great thing to do would be to master an agent that was very useful in defense and had great support in attack. So I chose Killjoy and started to memorize several molotov lineups for entry execs (in strong positions that defenders are usually in). In my head everything would work perfectly. I would communicate to the team what I wanted to do, we would take over enough space for me to do the lineups, they would wait until I gave the signal, and then the team would go in together and kill out of place enemies. Perfect.

However, this never works in my games. I explain the whole game plan to the team. And before I start making the lineups, 2 or 3 players die entering the bomb as bots, without even waiting for a simple smoke (sometimes the smoker himself is one of them). Then I realized that I just wasted time of my life learning useless things that won't help at all. That's it.. I just wanted to do this report.

I will be stuck in the diamond until one day I have good enough aim to pick reyna and play full W killing 30 per match and get out of here. This is the great frustration of mid elo in valorant

skill issue

coordinating with a diamond team is basically impossible my guy💀 focus in getting better

I'm stuck in silver after getting decayed from ASC due to inactivity and the degenerates in this elo gives me brain damage. Plays I normally shit higher elo players on is getting me killed in low elo and it's so frustrating how weird everyone plays.

Solo queued playing everything except duelist, mostly cypher Astra to high immortal, it’s a skill issue, stop blaming your team, if you’re good enough you’ll rank up

You are under delusion that once you get out of diamond things will be better. This is not the case. Ascendant is the same as diamond but now your opponents have better aim and your teammates are even more selfish. Then it becomes even more true in Immortal. Unless you're playing a game with a pro, most of your ranked teammates will always be bad

the only thing u can do ig to escape this is just duo with someone or make a team and play in premier.. imagine u read this go to premier and ur team pops off and u become a pro 👿👿

the hardest part of ranked with strangers is just that. A lot of times your personal game plans just fall through, but the biggest things you can learn is just making quick decisions on the fly based off what your team is doing. Sometimes you just have to play reactive/instinctually instead of being really proactive. It's really hard and frustrating to lack consistency in your round to round, but it can also teach you a lot about the game that you wouldn't otherwise seek out, and a lot of that is mental strength lol. Learning to keep your cool and allowing yourself to play a little loose can translate to those better lobbies with good teammates. Keep grinding, you got the right idea

Find a duo who you have good sinergy with, and play around each other.
Most of the times in diamond/ascendant games there will be 2 players carrying the game and the rest of the team will not even make a difference.

You'll only rank up like this or if you improve drastically your mechanical skills and carry the game solo, the agent you're playing with doesn't matter. You can always kill 40 with a controller or a sentinel.

Do NOT try to create plays with diamond/ascendant/immortal players because:

1. Many of these people don't even watch pro play or don't care about playing in the right way;
2. Many of them don't know how to properly wait and combine utility and just play for duels;
3. They're trolling.

Bro ur diamond u can solo carry till immortal with superior aim and gamesense. Just focus on what u can improve individually till immortal where teamplay is required.

you're creating false expectations, just play alongside your braindead teammates and try to trade/bait them
your calls should be the simple as possible on the pre-round
also don't forget to have fun, this is a game afterall
