Male 17 120lbs 5’5

I was little overweight in 2020 but i lose alot of weight after hitting puberty and started eating less due to school.

Ive been eating very less for last 3 years but for last 3 months ive been eatibg insane amount of portions for lunch dinner and still weights 120

Im sorry mods i did not realize it was in general discussion

Replace the beef with grilled chicken and throw some green beans and corn on the side for fiber and metabolism boost. Add a little low fat butter for iron absorption
