3, North America (It is safe to say that this tournament has not met the expectations of NA fans, with no team able to make it out of the group stage, yet NA remains one of the most talented regions in terms of player quality, the future is yet still bright)
4, Korea & Japan (DRX carries and owns this region, enough said)
