Navi S tier,TS A/B+ team and EMEA is 2 team region after that big gap comes in and APAC 1 team region but other teams are not that far away
Mortadelo [#2]The only good teams in EMEA are the ones who stuck to their core, what a surprise. No newly built team has done good in this tournament
That's a general story most of the teams who kept their core intact remain dominant.but it may be only for this tournament give other teams time and they'll catch up

Yeah ofc that's what I mean, teams are not built in a month, they all need time
Only three teams, Giants, VIT, and KC, made it to the quarter-finals (won at least one match) without a core of 3 or more players.
The only one of those teams to win against a team with a core of 3 or more players is KC when they won against FPX.
There are 14 teams that don't have an ex-core of 3+ players: TL, KRU, GE, VIT, RRQ, SEN, T1, KOI, DFM, GIA, Gen.G, KC, TH, and MIBR.
TL;DR: Teams that are essentially new sucked. They need time.
Pocket [#6]I feel like APAC is going to dominate Tokyo. They looked promising this event.
WE NEED 10 YEARS TO CATCH UP BRO EMEA AND AMERICAS WAY AHEAD
Mortadelo [#7]Yeah ofc that's what I mean, teams are not built in a month, they all need time
But it showed how good team chemistry matters for a team.
