Why GE lose to VIT

You guys can't expect a team to win when whole squad meet for the first time in Brazil. I just wanted to see some damage and they did it. Real game starts now. For now I just want to see GE quality for masters / champion. That'll be all for me for 2023

I think ge won't win anything in 2023 may be next year they have communication issues as ayrin said in after match interview they are not coordinated they lined up too many times they can't antistrat them and they were not even able execute there own start as there were many flaws not even a single player is perfectly adapted to their role they self doubt while pushing twisten kj stun case great example monyet and rossi pushed through smokes too many times without paranoi and flash that says a lot about there deulist behaviour and no utility usage as there pacific tour is starting next month i don't see how are they gonna coverup this much thing in such small time rossi can still not go to korea bootcamp that says a lot

Because many players in the team took their role on duelist before joining GE, I guess?

In my opinion, if you make duelist players playing other roles, the benefit is that they have aim power, they are confident, playing aggressive without fear, but in the same time it makes the whole team more reckless. They just need time.

Vitality had been preparing with their roster since ages, while GE literally got to see each other in person for the first time on the flight to Brazil 💀

I'm not saying that GE played good, I'm just saying that, it doesn't matter how much firepower you have on your team. As long as you have good synergy and know your teammates well, you can be a well coordinated team in the pro scene.

Also this was the first international LAN for most of the players in GE. There will be the LAN jitters for everyone playing their first game internationally, and that reflected SkRossi's performance.

i 100% agree with you, tbh in some ways they performed better than what I had expected (not hoped for) and let's see the squad's ability at the individual level that they overcome the barriers like language and coordination, and both goes hand in hand with each other. For now, no more problems than this core of problems will appear on the surface since there's a lack of basic coordination and strats.

Tbh vitality has been practicing for a long time. Even 100t suffered quite a bit against them in red bull homegrounds. That 4v2 loss at 9-6 was detrimental and the result would've been different if it went GE's. Nevertheless quite a few positives. Monyets superb debut on lan and also on a new role , texture played good, there were moments from Rossi even though he underperformed. I think this team will perform much better in th VPL

IG better coaching staff makes difference
GE have chance against vit if they had structured coaching and strategy

getting 6/6 pistol shows coordination (pistol= a planned exec) late trades work in pistol rounds but gun rounds trading needs to be instant otherwise it will be tough and i feel lightning fast and wronski are better than bazzi and rossi(rossi needs to learn and experience timing of flashes and recon)
