Masters 10 teams

the 10 team for a masters still troubles me, what format could they do that does not suck.... or will they invite 2 chinese teams again?

Riot and L formats is a match made in heaven.

But best way to do 10 teams would be to embrace BO1s in a group stage of 2 groups of 5 in swiss and then seed top 4 of each group into an 8 team bracket.

That will never happen though.
So we'll probably get some goofy Reykjavik 2021 format

They might divide the 5 teams into 2 groups and the top 2 from each group plays direct semis.
