Its sad to see these 2 orgs who are Tier 1 at CS struggling in Valorant .They need to revamp their whole roster and add in some good Free agents to their team
I feel like the main issue was their idea of signing. Many of them mushed together a team through players that were good or looked like they had good potential. I feel like many of these orgs should do what SoaR did and enter the scene by picking up an already existing and successful roster. By adding funding, management, and coach(s), it could end up developing some of these teams and really give them the ability to excel.
Psion [#4]them struggling is not beyond suprising tbh, them being "tier 1 NA CSGO" orgs doesn't translate to valorant on a 1:1 scale. there are certain orgs that have flourished that never really got into CS, like 100t (maybe SEN tooo idk if SEN has CSGO)
100t does have csgo.

"Adding free agents" as suggested in the initial post, only really works if the team is playing well and there is just a clear failing link. In this case there isn't one of those, the teams as a whole are simply playing poorly.

not until relatively recently, and the CSGO team hasn't done that well.

regardless, i don't think this point relates to what he means. I think he is trying to say that the successful and large org should be able to put together a good roster.
