im assuming this is a sarcastic reply, so he said
"You should never IGL in tier 2, same as playing breach / sage, career killing roles / agents, you will perform much worse than your peak and will be criticized the most whilst taking no credit for accomplishments, if you want to succeed play initiator or duelist"
