It's like a private queue for the teams. The nice thing is that they queue individually on their platform (FACEIT) and you might see players from one team playing with players from other teams. HYPE.

No, it's not that, not all players are going to be scrimming 24/7, they often play rankeds after scrims but they can play pro loobies instead. LOUD is bootcamping for example and every evening they are streaming playing rankeds.

Like the 10 men example you gave. They won't practice with their entire team while probably streaming or against other teams that they might face each other. It's more like a pro queue, instead of playing ranked with random people.
