I shower every 2 days as I get really bad skin issues if I do it every day. Showered every day for 18 years and then for the last 2 years ive been doing once every other day and my skin has improved a lot.

It depends on what day I do it. I shower once on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the morning since I have a complicated college schedule. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, I take a shower in the morning and then also at night after going to the gym since I have little to no classes to attend on those days
i used to take like 4 showers every week
but now i take everyday cuz im going to the gym consistently now and somedays 2 if i feel like going to the gym twice
