U realize good nba players like Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, James Harden, Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, Lebron, Anthony Davis etc. have all played for the United States?

A lot of nba players left the national team because they'd rather focus on their nba careers. Not because they don't identify as American anymore.

1) Skin color is different from nationality
2) Having 3 good players (luka/jokic/giannis) who don't play for the us national team does not outweigh the 30-40 good players who have.
