You have my respect guys. Passing 12th from India is a feat no less than qualifying for VCT Masters. All the best for upcoming pre boards and boards <3
Bhai pichle saal ka passout hun mtlb isi saal exam hue they july pe result, .online offline bahana h accept krro mehnat nhi ki bilkul, insta reels pe khoye hue they + got into bits as i woke up my ass mid may about engineering. The only thing you need to do is study before every test 3/7 days prior and miss none you will get over syllabus automatically. All students have problems of not completing syllabus while that is literally their ass planning. Schools and tutions are pointless in India after 10th grade they serve as 2nd Tinder and bkchodi centres everything is in youtube.
You thinking moving to NY/Canada will improve anything is just delusional. Unless you are getting into a good IT/Consulting or just, in general, a good job. Most people without decent jobs still live paycheck to paycheck and that is no better than living here. If you earn good money, then ofc living over there is better. I know countless people working in USA/Canada working in top tech companies in Vancouver/Toronto/California/NYC but still saving less than 30% of their salary because compared to the cost of living it is peanuts.
Yes, life over there is a bit easier but it is not easier than 12th CBSE.
Online mode has a shit impact on studies. The only reason you don't understand anything is prob because you lack discipline and did not study at home. Like holy shit bro you are not even doing coaching/prepping for JEE. An average CBSE student spends 80% of time doing that and only 20% focus on CBSE. I myself never went to school and still scored 95% in PCM subjects.
NCERT for 11th and 12th is piss easy.
Also, if you do not make it into a half-decent university (which I assume will be hard to get as you are struggling in 12th CBSE), your degree is useless (just like it is in India). So can you enlighten me how is moving to US/Canada going to improve anything unless you don't step up your game and do better?
Do not want to demotivate/bash you. Just want to say that you should try better.
Brother half of the population in India who can afford to go to US/Canada has either a family business or has enough money to setup one if they want. It's a relief if you have a backup plan, good for you.
There are issues and problems I agree but you gotta focus on improving yourself. Your employers (if you go that route) or your clients (in business) do not care what you went through. They care about what you can bring to the table and to get to that point you must start from today.
What I want to get across is the fact that
1) You are blaming others for your shortcomings.
2) You are just in 12th and probably do not know the fact that US/Canada is a rat race in itself. Even I thought this way in 12th. When I came to college and talked to seniors who have actually got jobs/done research/internships in such countries did I realise what really happens there. I have at least 20-30 seniors/peers who I know very well at this point.
I am currently interviewing and applying for jobs both in India and abroad and I would personally not go with any offer I get. I personally got offered a couple of jobs till now but I don't want to settle for that amount even though it is double the average amount that freshers earn in those countries because I know that I can get better offers and partially because I know even that amount isn't going to be enough.
Not pushing you into trying JEE or anything, that is your choice but life is not as easy. You will have to confront tough barriers (like JEE) at least once in your life. The rat race begins as soon as you are born in this world not for people who choose JEE. You just took a different path in the race.
My major is Electrical Engineering and I did a research assistantship in embedded system security however I am currently applying for Software Engineering/ Data Science roles primarily as my university minor and most of my projects were in Artificial Intelligence + I did nearly all the major comp. sci. courses except for operating systems and databases.
But the industry is hard hit with a recession right now and there are practically no decent jobs for freshers so I either take those lower-than-my-expectation offers or apply as an embedded systems engineer/robotics field if things get desperate.
