I wannted to play jungle and my friend said he would teach me but he said hes not very good cause he only been playing for half a year. I added him and hes level 461. Is this normal? How long does it take to get thLWAGYE OF ELGENDS

He's probably saying he's not good because he's hardstuck plat or something. Also I'm pretty sure it takes 3 or 4 years of constant playing to get to a rank like that but idk. I have afriend who has 2 lol accounts above level 350 or something and he's been playing for 6 years, and he's only peaked at like high plat or low diamond in league.
