why tf do they look so unhappy. They always look tense asf like take a deep breath holy they clinchin cheeks all game
Because CSGO is huge mind game because its so mastered, so you need to be constantly focused and think so many things. Way more than what Valorant is currently. Every utility piece, position etc has big impact on the rounds. Also the amount of protocols etc top CSGO pros have is so high. Valorant is casual compared to that at this current time.
BackoxyXD [#5]cs players works more than valo players
I don’t feel this is true. Players put the same dedication into the games or they wouldn’t be pros. And this isn’t every CS team, you can see FaZe is constantly talking and smiling.

theyve been doing the same thing on every map for a decade, how is it not second nature at this point
every round literally plays out the same way every time and then you try to win your duels zzzzzzzzz

you obviously have a fundamental, if that, understanding of both
cope and seethe CS frog, enjoy the next 2 years before Valorant overtakes as #1 competitive FPS title
already lost the whole world outside of Europe

esports wiewership wise? Nah cs is still watched all around the world, but i cant really see valorant overtaking cs just because of how stale and and emotionless the esport is compared to cs,valo just doesnt have the flashiness and hype of cs and it never will witch is why cs lans will always top valorant ones and the prestige and hype will always be more intense in cs no matter how many years valorant manages to survive and with a passionate and self sustaining community that makes up a massive part of the playerbase the game will never also truly die and has no signs of doing so

Take from person who doesn't know what the is talking about. Even though CSGO has been out for long time and the basics are the same theres still so much macro/micro changes happening all the time. Add to that they are actually changing the map pool nowadays like addition of Ancient and most recent Anubis. Only clueless people think CSGO doesn't have a metas or one that doesn't change. The game evolves all the time.

Stockholm Major: 2.7m
Antwerp Major 2.1m
Rio Major: 1.4m
💀💀💀
ajwinner [#24]Stockholm Major: 2.7m

those are acc insane numbers even rio had higher average viewership than champions lol,1.4m is really good with outsiders vs heroic grand finals so idk what ur point is bro the first valo lan copenhagen couldnt even crack 800k lmfao,cs was never pulling 2.0m before the pandemic obviously nothing will most likely beat that stockholm major with being the first major and crowded tier 1 event since 2019,but nice to know cs is doing better than ever

W, I agree
Valgod [#23]Unfortunately csgo fans are going to die from old age soon
that doesnt matter since that will happen when valo is already history and theres already a new generation of fans dw,since there is no real valorant fans and the whole community is plastic i reckon u wont see about 40% them when a new hype shooter drops
BackoxyXD [#5]cs players works more than valo players
Valorant teams have to be innovative to stand out in eSports. Unlike CS, you just go off your fundamentals it feels like. Obviously more strategy is needed in Valorant. More brain usage. Therefore Valorant pros are more hard working. Downvote me all you want CS frogs. It's true

why does that not show in more practice hours, marved said optic practiced like 6-7 hours a day thats not anymore than the average cs team

It’s just factually not true what you’re saying.
The CS season is damn near non stop, they get two good breaks all year, and usually they’re about a month and some change.
Valorant has a much healthier season but that’s because there’s big gaps, especially if your team isn’t very good.
asdfgh [#29]why does that not show in more practice hours, marved said optic practiced like 6-7 hours a day thats not anymore than the average cs team
Wdym average Cs team, I don't understand that term
babysasuke [#15]this is what happens when ur trying to sound smart with a below average brain capacity pls next time try to first gain knowledge about the things ur talking about!
nah he defo has a point, cs is about perfecting the same thing and just 1 upping the team in that set thing (e.g. use of mollies to put out the default smokes on maps etc etc), valorant is more about just pure adaptation and understanding how people can play with different comps, constantly shifting agent balance etc
danii1 [#31]Wdym average Cs team, I don't understand that term
that valorant teams dont practice any more than a normal cs team, even in 2016 when the meta wasnt nearly as developed as it is now astralis used to practice 8-10h a day

Fr this off season is so dry because it is only VCT in Valorant , no third parties in esport tournaments suck

saying teams and players arent still preparing and practicing even in the off season is crazy. It's their job I'm sure they're at it a good amount of the day, eventually being exhausting. But I understand where you're coming from as the CS pro scene is constant, even with some teams not attending

Are u serious? I made this post complaining about how stale and boring it's got. The players don't get hype, crowds are always mid. Every game seems like its over by the 15th round and I just put it on to gts at this point. Its the same shit

"the players dont get hype" you are not watching the games,"crowds are always mid" literally better than any esport i have watched including valo,rl,r6,lol and dota
what are u saying lmao
