Depends, if Korea wins and Uruguay score holds, Korea advance. Korea need a win, but also rely on Uruguay beating Ghana but not by a large goal difference margin.
Yes with more goals scored as the deciding factor (since goal diff would be the same). But again, that's a big if, lots of factors need to stay as they are for it to hold true.
