Roster lock is not a thing, Fut can change players as much as they want until February 1st, they just had to have an initial one

I dont understand why they dont build a superteam.

The talent isnt deep enough in turkey to have 4 teams with roughly the same talent.

its a 2 team region and they need to build teams that way if they want to be successful
