Just restart the game

rebind the key for plant, 4 is for english keyboard, it's ' in french keyboard. Maybe something else like that for you.

idk i've always used english or italian keyboard, 4 always worked fine for me, just today in one match this happened

just press the plant bind INSIDE in one of the sites, that works for sure KEKW

jokes aside, just try to restart your internet moden after the match ends, it happened to me twice, but this fixed the problem
